The Johnboat 2.0 is the exact same as the original Johnboat except it has a pulled in rounded tail with a slight bump in the outline. This board was mostly built to grovel in small waves. Don’t let it’s shortness fool you, you can ride this board a full 8 to 12 inches shorter than your standard short board. The volume is blended in its full nose, thickness and width. Its stubby outline and wider diamond tail pivots with ease. It actually rides good in bigger waves too especially with the right fin setup.
